For those who like an up-tempo style of music, here’s Jeremy Hoop performing “Rise Up”.
“Rise Up” was featured in the documentary film “The Tea Party Movie” (http://www.teapartymovie.com) that chronicles the rise of the recent tea party movement and the march on Washington DC on September 12, 2009 (9-12). “Rise Up” is dedicated to all American Patriots committed to constitutionally limited government, founding principles, personal responsibility, and eliminating corruption, not just in government but also on the individual level as well. Special thanks to Glenn Beck – his words were a muse for this song as well those of as Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Laura Ingraham, and Bill O’Reilly, true patriots all.
“Rise Up” written and performed by Jeremy Hoop, rides in the vein of Muse’s “Uprising”. Hoop’s three song EP, “Rise Up” is a dynamic, gritty, hard-hitting EP with shades of Alanis Morissette, Rob Thomas, and Daughtry. The recording for “Rise Up” was produced by Jeremy Hoop and Aaron Merrill at Aaron Merrill Music and Sound Studios. The music video was directed by Jeremy Hoop and Rhett Lewis, filmed by Rhett Lewis, and edited by Rhett Lewis and Luke Livingston of Ground Floor Video.
