Over time, it became increasingly clear there needed to be a place for people to either connect with a Tea Party near them, or learn how to start their own.
Additionally, leaders of Tea Party groups needed a place to share news & ideas, muster national support, or just network with other Tea Party groups.
It is glaringly evident the modern day NAACP has abandoned the vision and dream of the Civil Rights Movements of years ago to join the liberal ‘fear mongering’ horde of politicians suddenly ‘running scared’. Dr. King would be appalled.
In doing so, they shamelessly betray blacks by trying to convince them they are victims in America based on race. This graphically identifies the NAACP as the ones who are truly ‘racists’ and not the Tea Parties they are trying to disparage. The NAACP’s so-called documented report that the tea parties are racist is part of their desperate, panic appeal to get out the vote campaign. With only two weeks remaining before the predicted democrat debacle at the polls, democrats are frantically attempting to fire up their lethargic base since their appeal is sagging.
Those in the political fight and the market place of ideas should remember this quote from Theodore Roosevelt especially when the going gets tough:

Anyone who has visited this website before probably knows my feelings about George Soros. While I’ve stopped short of calling him Satan or Evil Incarnate, I’ve thought it once or twice before. At a minimum, I’ve believed for a long time that George Soros places his own interests far above the interests of anyone else or any Country, especially, the United States.
There’s really no reason to take elections seriously.
I’m not talking about voters.We need to take them very seriously indeed. A large portion of our lives has come under political control. Voting the wrong way can cause the industry you work for to be bankrupted, or nationalized. The damage caused by a poor choice of President in 2008 will take many years to undo.
I mean politicians don’t need to take election law seriously. Vote fraud and other irregularities have become staples of our elections. Like most crimes, they are perpetrated on a rational basis, by people who have measured risk against reward. The risk of punishment for election tampering is minimal, while the rewards are huge. There is virtually no chance a major race will be invalidated due to ballot or financial irregularities. The winners of elections gain control over the very agencies that would investigate their campaigns. Once victory is secured, the worst consequences awaiting dirty politicians are fines, which deep-pocketed contributors will be happy to help them repay.
As the rednecks down here in the South say, “Who’d have thunk it?”
About a year and a half ago we saw the beginning of the 9/12 and Tea Party movements. We were accused of being ‘astro-turf’, racist, trouble making folks inciting to riot and social unrest. In actuality, we were people who recognized incompetence and arrogance in our elected officials who were seemingly bent on installing a Socialist – Marxist government. We were appalled by the misdirected ‘stimulus’ and bail-out programs and growing power of big government and unions. We were dismayed by the increasing manipulation of Obama’s ‘Chicago’ politics and cronies. The disrespect of our Armed Forces, misuse of our Judicial System, failed Middle East policies, continued high unemployment and a poorly conceived and unconstitutional HealthCare program only made us more determined to increase our efforts. We evidenced a fiscal and housing policy compiled overnight that will take us years with undue hardships from which to recover. We saw an immigration policy completely in disarray with the administration pandering for latino votes and, of course, an increased pandering for gay and lesbian votes.
Talk of tax cuts fills the air, which means the Left is getting fidgety. They’ve been forced to change from delirious big spenders who see a billion dollars as a rounding error, into flinty-eyed deficit hawks who insist raising taxes to reduce our massive budget deficit is the only responsible course of action. Can art change minds? Most artists wouldn’t be doing their art if they didn’t think their work had an effect on people. Such is the art featured in this video. Artist Jon McNaughton has created an amazing painting called “The Forgotten Man”. The video is narrated by the artist, but here’s a quick overview of the painting:

It is said that most of us can vividly remember past events of disaster and calamity. Being somewhat older than most of you, I can recall listening to radio reports of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor (Contrary to some reports, I cannot remember the sinking of the USS Maine in Havana harbor). I can recall all of the events relative to the assassination of President Kennedy including where I was and what I was doing. My wife and I were in the Brussels, Belgium airport when the first survivors of the Belgian Congo Massacre arrived there in Nov. 1964 with the Queen of Belgium in attendance. We have witnessed history in the making.
All those of school age and older can (or should) recall the same things about that awful day on Sep. 11, 2001 . . . where they were and what they were doing, etc. Most Americans never will forget what happened that terrible day.
President Obama “unveiled” his new “stimulus” plan in Wisconsin today. It was a lot like watching an alcoholic unveil his new plan to get sober by switching to lite beer:
We’re going to “fire up sluggish economic growth” by plowing another fifty billion deficit dollars into roads, rail, and airports? It’s hard to believe even the American media would be lazy enough to write such a headline with a straight face.
Does anyone seriously think our economy is just waiting for another fifty billion dollars’ worth of roads to come roaring back to life? I guess business owners have all sorts of property staked out for new factories and shops. They’re just waiting for someone to build roads leading to them. Does all of this Administration’s economic knowledge come from playing “Sim City” computer games?

The Birthplace Issue has been percolating since before the 2008 election and in that time, it has bubbled just at the surface for many citizens. For just how many citizens has never been measured until recently when 60 Minutes teamed up with Vanity Fair to poll 1,000 Americans. What they found was astounding because 24% of the respondents said Barack Obama was either not born in the United States or they didn’t know where he was born. Additionally, the Pew Research Center recently published the results of a poll showing that 18% of Americans believe Obama is Muslim.
Brian Williams interviewed the President while in New Orleans to commemorate the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and the issue erupted at the highest level. An annoyed Obama lashed out at “a mechanism, a network of misinformation” churning out there in the “new media”. Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-Mont.), one of the chief authors of the healthcare law, suggested Tuesday he did not read the entire piece of legislation.
Speaking at a forum in his home state, Baucus and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius were asked by an audience member if they had read the whole bill and “if not, that is the most despicable, irresponsible thing.”
“I don’t think you want me to waste my time to read every page of the healthcare bill,” Baucus said, according to the Flathead Beacon. “You know why? It’s statutory language. … We hire experts.”
